and lifestyles of space’s future occupants. The goal is to
delicately estimate those intangible (but very important)
messages conveyed in word, gesture, pictures, etc.

Time & a place
for everything. Once the human experience is defined, so it begins
the journey of answering the requests with tentative planning
of every square inch, striving to perfection. There are several
questions to be answered, regarding the purpose and value
according to the human experience.

EACH PROJECT IS DIVIDED INTO
6 PHASES, HELPING THE CLIENT
GET A CLEAR OVERVIEW OF THE
PROGRESS AND OUTPUTS.
― PROJECT TASK
Definition of functional and aesthetic aspects of the
project, according to investor demands. The result is
the list of professionals involved in the project and their
job descriptions.
― THE PRE-EXISTING CONDITION
Measuring and analyzing the space to be designed
on-site. The output is the documentation that will define
the potentials of the space, according to the project
assignment.
― DESIGNING
The field arrangement and documentation generated about
the project are combined into a conceptual solution in
accordance with the project task.
― VISUALIZATION
Producing a preliminary design with 3D visualizations
of the newly designed space which includes selecting
materials, furniture, equipment and decoration, to generate
aesthetically and functionally quality space according to
investor demands.
― DETAILED DESIGN
Generation of all sketches needed for the project completion,
specifications for the necessary equipment, definition of the
materials to be used and all of the elements in the space.
― CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
After necessary documentation is produced, the architect
becomes the coordinator that monitors the project until it
is completed, assuring the quality of work. This service is included upon request.
